For orders within the continental USA, we ship by UPS Ground Trac to ensure that your package can be traced. UPS transit time usually takes 1 to 6 business days, depending on how far you are from our location. For shipping within the continental United States, our shipping charges depend on the cost of your order:
Order between $0.01 and $9.99 - you pay $5.00
Order between $10.00 and $49.99 - you pay $8.50
Order between $50.00 and $99.99 - you pay $10.00
Order between $100.00 and $199.00 - you pay $12.00
Order between $200.00 and over - you pay $14.50
For orders going to Hawaii or Alaska, the shipping charge will vary depending on weight of the package. Also, these orders may take longer to arrive.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards thru our secured PayPal online payment system. If you have never used our PayPal payment system, you will first have to register an account with PayPal. It's very easy. Just follow the directions once you click on the button "VIEW CART" from Robin's Nest products page and then click once on the Checkout button. If you shop by catalog with us, we will accept money orders and personal checks.
Robin's Nest never sells or otherwise discloses customer information to any outside party. We respect your privacy, and will never provide your information to any other company or organization.
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days that we get them. We will send you a confirmation email notifying you that your order has been shipped. If 4 full business days have passed and you haven't heard from us via email or phone call, PLEASE CONTACT US! We make every effort to keep our customers informed of their order status.
If you're not satisfied with any product you order from Robin's Nest, just return it in unused condition within 30 days of receiving it (along with a copy of your invoice) for exchange, refund or store credit. If the item you're returning is defective or not what is listed on your invoice, Robin's Nest will reimburse your shipping cost to send it back to us. Please note that if you wish to exchange a product, let's say for a different color, regular shipping charges will apply for the new item(s).
