Q - I already have a design for my door hanger - can you make it? A - Yes, fill out our form and in the box "Other Information" just indicate that you are sending a separate file (High-resolution PDF, with 1/8" bleed included is the preferred format however will accept word, photoshop, publisher) to be used for the proof. And, with your design, don't forget to include a "space" on the front of the hanger where the red button will go for people to press and hear your commercial.
Q - What if I already have an audio commercial - Can we use it? A - Yes, we can use it as long as the audio file is no longer than 30-seconds and has been professionally recorded. Also, the audio file must be in a .mp3 or .wav file format and sent to us in an e-mail as an attachment to service@smartstartguide.com.
Q - Do you provide distribution services for the Smart Hangers? A - No, we do not offer distribution services for our Smart Hangers. There are many distribution companies that offer these services at very reasonable prices. However, you can always use your current staff to deliver them to homes and businesses in your local area. One good idea and also a cheaper distribution alternative is to hire a high school club to help out in delivery in exchange for a donation.
